Discounted C&K Fees
Eligible C&K employees get discounted fees for their children at C&K centres: Educators receive 75% off the gap fee, and non-educators receive 35%. Enrolment fees waived.

C&K offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with services by registered psychologists and specialists for all employees and their immediate families.
Paid Blue Card
The Blue Card system ensures safe, supportive environments for children's development. C&K covers initial and renewal Blue Card costs for all permanent and fixed-term employees.

Parental Leave & Return to Work Support
C&K’s Return to Work Support Program offers parents returning from leave six weeks' wages over six months to ease the transition back to work. Eligibility criteria apply.
Priority access to childcare

First Aid training and support
C&K's reputation relies on delivering quality education and care services. We support centre employees with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification, covering costs for permanent and fixed-term employees, ensuring safety and confidence.
Employee Referral Program
The Employee Referral Program lets C&K employees refer friends or family for jobs. If the referred candidate completes their probation, the referrer receives a reward.
Salary Packaging
Salary Packaging allows employees to receive part of their pay in non-cash forms, such as superannuation, vehicle leases, mortgage/rent, electronic devices, memberships, and health insurance.
