By becoming a branch centre, C&K as the Approved Provider becomes responsible for staff management, workplace health and safety, information technology, financial management, insurance, legislative compliance, building repair and maintenance and management of funding.

Parental Leave & Return to Work Support

First Aid training and support
C&K's reputation relies on delivering quality education and care services. We support centre employees with current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification, covering costs for permanent and fixed-term employees, ensuring safety and confidence.
Education program
At C&K, we value our employees' knowledge, skills, and commitment. We aim to recognise and support their contributions by considering education assistance for training relevant to their current role, in consultation with their manager.
Beginning to Teach Program
The C&K Beginning to Teach program supports new and transitioning teachers, including provisionally registered ones, over 12 months, with a possible 12-month extension for QCT registration.
Discounts with the C&K College
The C&K College of Early Childhood, a respected RTO, offers Certificate III and Diploma qualifications in Early Childhood Education and Care. C&K employees receive a discount on course fees.
Salary Packaging
Salary Packaging allows employees to receive part of their pay in non-cash forms, such as superannuation, vehicle leases, mortgage/rent, electronic devices, memberships, and health insurance.
Employee Referral Program
The Employee Referral Program lets C&K employees refer friends or family for jobs. If the referred candidate completes their probation, the referrer receives a reward.
